Today, we will be making a crochet bag inspired by the plastic bags that are commonly used all around the world.

let’s make it simple, easy and fun together…

Body Pattern:

Make foundation chain total 81.

Round 1: insert 5th stitch from the hook, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across. (do not use back pump)

Round 2: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across.

Round 3: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across.

Round 4: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across. until you reach the height of a bag you want.

I made a total of 48 rows, divided in half and marked on the 24th row. ( height of my bag body is 24cm )

Handles Pattern:

Round 1: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across (15 squares)

Round 2: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across (15 squares)

Round 1 to 12: ch3, turn, skip1, ( dc, ch1, skip1 ) repeat across…
